Hi all,
We would like to measure the phase margin at EVAL_TDA38740_3.3VOUT.
Could you please check if the attached method is correct?
If it is not correct, please tell me how to measure it.
If you have the phase margin of EVAL_TDA38740_3.3VOUT, please provide it for us.
Best regards,

Does the TLE9461-3ES generate an error when receiving CAN2.0B 29-bit communications?
Which controller format is 2.0A or 2.0B active or 2.0B passive?
Hello,
TLF35584Q is a commonly used SBC , which frequently is combined with AURIX processors.
But I could not find a reference manual regarding configuration via SPI.
Many thanks for your support!

(2) but some no output, measured the driver chip's left and right side of the circuit found that the OUT output resistor is broken, some resistors shorted. After re-soldering found that the chip began to get hot, the newly soldered resistors began to blacken. (3) There is also an output of about 1-2V output. May I ask the technician what is the reason for the above three situations? Why -8V is the diode bad. And what is the reason for the hot chip? The hot chip driven by the tube is T2/T3, T6/T7. are the middle IGBT, this is not a bad IGBT, because my DC port voltage in 300v, the middle IGBT voltage withstand value is in 450v, T1/T4 in 1200V.

Show LessHi,
Our company recently bought a Hybrid Kit (Kit Hybridpack DSC S2) and we have run into the same issue in this thread https://community.infineon.com/t5/IGBT/Resolver-tracking-error/m-p/652943#M2327 .
It seems that this issue is resolved with a later software release 3.0.8 for the Hybrid Kit. From other threads including https://community.infineon.com/t5/IGBT/Hybrid-kit-software/m-p/614795#M2089 I have seen that I need to be granted the access to see the software for download in the Developer Center.
Could someone please grant me this access?
Many thanks,
Michael
Show LessHi all,
kindly clarify my doubt in imc101t-t038.
i) if voltage in the ntc pin below the over temperature threshold voltage level, then over temperature fault will be set. After the fault the temperature is reduced and voltage in the ntc is rise above the threshold level ,then the over temperature fault will be automatically cleared or not ?
Show LessRecently we need to develop a batch of IGBT devices with high overcurrent capability, but we have some questions about the maximum current limit in datasheet.
I know that the maximum current limit of IGBT is limited by the Latch current (which has been solved by the structure of the device), the bonding wire (about 15mil aluminum wire corresponding to 25A current) and the dissipation power, I guess the Ic, pulse in datasheet is mainly considered the dissipation power, but why is this value generally 3-4 times of the nominal value? In practice, we have found that IGBTs remain undamaged under short-term overcurrent of 5x or even 8x.
