GaN

this is the following post of EVAL-M1-101TF configuration.
We changed our parameters as described in your replies, and test some other different values.
However, we always have a gatekill error.
Try 1 : in "normal" mode (angle select and CtrlModeSelect with value 2)
=> The motor always stop with a gatekill error about 160rpm. We think that it would be the transition speed from open_loop to motor_run mode.
We can see just before the gatekill that IU is increasing a lot.
Gatekill always occured at 160rpm.
Here is a video to the motor run :
Try 2 : in openloop mode (angle select with value 0)
=> We succeed to spin the motor at 500rpm without issue.

Do you have any ideas on which parameters could I inspect to solve the issue ? (Flux, Iq, etc.) ?

If the source of a N-channel mosfet is connected to a negative high voltage, and the drain is connected to ground, is there any method to drive the mosfet, without using a isolation transformer ?
this is the problem I encountered when I try to design a fast pulse generator to produce an edge rising from -4.5kV to 0.
please share your solution.

I am using I motion solution designer to tune my motor controller (IMD111T).
I can see some fault has triggered and the motor stopped.
Have no idea what this fault could be.
How to find the type of fault that occurred in I motion solution designer ?
I have another question, how to set up field weakening with this new tool?
I cant find this parameter in this tool.

Hello!
is it possible to completely disable the short circuit protection of the IFX9201SG/TLE9201SG H-Bridge IC?
When I start the bridge driver, I get current spikes (which is quite normal), but the IC detects this as a short circuit and shuts down the IC. Is it possible to work around this behavior?
