Dear team
Please let me know two points about the Vgs notes in the data sheet of "IMW120R007M1H".
① What is the intention of performing the operation "(tested after 1ms pulse at Vgs=20V)"?
② Is it okay to ignore this operation when running the simulation?
Best Regards,
Tomato
Show LessI'm looking for a driver for a dual coil latching relay, something to drive a coil with 5V and 40 mA. I believe my math shows that a low side or a high side driver won't work. I believe I need something with a push/pull configuration. Any ideas are welcome.
Show LessThe problem appears to be an onboard MOSFET with no markings and not powering a 1500w motor at 240V in a Vacmaster Vacuum cleaner. I only have basic knowledge so the identification of MOSFET has come from someone else. The picture explains what I have found out when the board is live at 240V. I am reasonably sure the MOSFET is broken as I accidentally shorted two of the pins with my meter and scared the living daylights out of myself as the motor burst into life.
As there are no markings, I am going to have to make an educated guess on replacing it so need to know the variables. The obvious ones are 240V and a minimum 6.25 A continuous load. Do I upgrade amps to take care of start up load? RDS has been suggested as 0.005 or less is that correct?
Finding places to buy low-quantity items has also been a challenge any suggestions please? If anyone has a part number, that would make you my favourite person of the year.
Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
Hello. I am currently designing a custom PCB based of the WLC1115 reference schematic. Looking at the BOM, I am noticing a lot of 0603 components. I am wondering if some of these components can be replaced with 0402? Also, I noticed in the design guidelines document that a buck switching frequency of 600kHz is possible. I am also looking to replace the 6.8uH inductor with a smaller one. How is the frequency of the buck stage set? Has anyone tried using a smaller inductor?
Show LessHello. I am wondering if it is possible to configure the WLC1115 to utilize only legacy mode? I am looking to be able to charge a device from a legacy USB-A port. I found the "legacyChargingTable" in main.c and set .enable=1. After flashing my dev board, there is no voltage to the coil.
Show LessWhy is the thermal resistance RthJC of SI MOSFET tested with T3ster different from Typ. in the data sheet?
Hi everyone.
I have been working with LTspice for a while.
I am trying to simulation a DC-DC BUCK converter with Infineon MOSFETs but I got time step too small issue.
I tried all the MOSFET from the OptiMOS5.lib file and got the problem with all the MOSFET in this .lib.
Note: If I took a MOSFET from another company with similar stats, the application ran without any problem and only with Infineon MOSFETs did I get this problem.
Someone can help me to solve this problem?
Thank you, Omri
