GaN

Hi All,
I'd used iMOTION Motion Control Engine (MCE) base MCU IRMCF188 earlier 2 years back for motor drive applications.
Currently, It's not in stock in all sites. And also I'm not able to find the alternate part for the same.
Can anyone suggest a better replacement for the same MCU. Also let me know if the same MCU is in stock somewhere.

Show LessI am searching for new old or a suggestion for a substitute part for a Bauer 707 broadcast transmitter silicon rectifier that was made at International Rectifier Corp the part number is 67-6288 U5. I figure this is along shot but why not try this avenue. I believe one or both are toast and there is not a way for me to test them but everything is pointed to this as the bad part in troubleshooting.

当IL1引脚输入10KHZ 50%占空比 PWM波(IH1引脚保持缺省的高电平,关闭上管),GL1为什么不输出对应的PWM波开关对应的下管,保持为低电平?检查ERR引脚输出为正常的3.3V高电平,未报错。

I'm looking for an application note or similar about capacitive load of BTT and BTF high side switches. This parameter is not mentioned anywhere but really important when the high side switch is suppling an electronic device with power. As an example, is a BTT6010 suitable for a handling a load with 220 uF input capacitance and 1 meter wire? I'm looking for a summary of capacitive load capability of of BTT6050, 6030, 6010, 6100, 6200, BTF6070 etc. (all BTT/BTF devices).

Hello everyone,
I am working with the 6ED2231S12TM1 with the IMC101 in order to drive a FP75R12N2T7BPSA1.
The 6ED2231S12TM1 is rated for current +0.35A / -0.65A (source/sink).
Due to the high gate charge of the PIM I believe that I need more current.
This is the schematic I made:
I used the ZXGD3006E6Q wich is a normal push-pull gate driver.
This is connected between the 6ED and the PIM in this way:
Is this a valid way to increase the current capability of the 6ED?
