Hi all,
We are evaluating EVAL_TDA38740_3.3VOUT.
Please check the attached file for the measurement circuit, register settings, component changes, and measurement conditions.
We would like to prevent the output current from jumping up due to sudden changes in the output voltage.
Is it possible to smoothly ramp up to the setting voltage?
If not, can you calculate the value of the jump voltage?

We confirmed that the protection function works by changing the overvoltage setting value through PMBus in steady state.
So I have a question.
Please tell me how to actually operate the overvoltage without changing the overvoltage setting value through PMBus in steady state.

Hi all,
We are evaluating EVAL_TDA38740_3.3VOUT.
Since the transient response is not shown in the User manual for TDA38740 evaluation board, we measured it on the demo board.
Please check the attached file for the measurement circuit, register settings, and measurement conditions.
Is the transient response at 3.3V reasonable?
Please let us know how we can improve it further.
We changed the output voltage to 0.5V, 4.6V by VOUT_COMMAND.
Please let us know if there is any way to improve the transient response.
The parts on the board remain unchanged.

I came across the TLE9012DQU and was intrigued. I am evaluating BMS chips for a LEO satellite and came across the 50krad TID of TLE9012DQU. When I open up the product page again I no longer see it as a benefit, the page seems to have changed. Is this chip still 50krad and what spurred this page to change?

Show LessWe received the notification TLE62350GV33 is going end of life, TLE9350XSJ or TLE9350BVSJ are proposed alternate. as per the datasheet comparison, it looks LE9350XSJ or TLE9350BVSJ are upgrade, could be backward compatible to the TLE6250GV33.
I am wondering if any changes has to be considered when when use 9350 to replace 6250GV33.

Does TLE4263-2ES require an external pull-up at reset out?
Datasheet says it has an internal pull-up(30kΩ) but in the application circuit there is a 5.6kΩ pull up which is contradicting. (30kΩ parallel 5.6kΩ would reduce the pull-up effective resistance).
Show LessI faced a rudimentary problem with ICE5QSAG. The start-up of the IC is not working. Powering up the IC with external 15V DC source starts up IC. It continues to work after removal of external DC power.
The application details :
1. Application : Lead Acid (7AH SMF) battery charger
2. Flyback Converter
3. CVCC Controller based on SEA05 IC of ST
4. Ourput : 13.5V, 1A (CVCC)
