Where can I buy EVAL_2KW_48V_CHAR_P7?
Thanks in advance

After init TLF35584 and go to normal
I Send to SPI CMD get DEVCTRL and DEVSTAT.
TLF35584's STATE is normal but STATEREQ is still normal.
Why STATEREQ is not reset to 000.
read DEVSTAT 27h

Hello,
I'm looking to get a quote on this part number. However, I talked with a contact at Infineon and they said Infineon only sells to distributors. They said contact Mouser/Digikey, etc. But this part number is not listed on Mouser or Digikey's website.
I'm writing here to ask a recommendation on who to contact to quote this part? I'm also seeking to understand if there is any commercial equivalent parts (not rad hard) with similar performance. There is not much information online about this part.

Show LessHello everyone
Recently we designed a custom board to drive a bldc motor with the max voltage of 400V and the max current of 3Amps using FOC algorithm
The input voltage is 220V AC , we rectify it using a diode bridge then it is fed to 2PCS06 to maintain the power factor at 0.99
When the motor is loaded the power factor begins to decrease (same as the output voltage)
To explain, when it's on the light loaded situation, the output voltage is 400 Volts and the p.f. is 0.99
But as soon as the load increases, this problem emerges.
Do you have any idea about why this problem happens and how to solve it?
Could anyone please introduce me a more elaborated Application Note about how to use this iC
The datasheet isn't sufficient itself
Any help would be appreciated

I am using TLE92464ED for driving solenoid valves, i can see that solenoid is activating and the valve are actuated. but now i am interested in fault case of the solenoid, which are experimenting on channel failure cases.
these all are the Conditions which I tried/observation:
- Enabling the CHANNEL_CTRL – 8001, which is CH0 enable and other three channels are disabled – observed -Diag0 error -0200 and Diag1 error- 0202
- Enabling the All the CHANNEL_CTRL – 800F, - both the Diag error Reg’s – observed-0000

please find the condition which i tried and observations.
Please help me to understand how to get fault on channels.
or is there any sample code or flow/steps to follow?

Show LessTrying to understand how the XMC 11000 firmware communicates with my TLE92464ED Evaluation kit card.
Based on the data sheet the address is 0002 and the value 4005, yet with the infineon evaluation GUI the address is 0x02 ( the same) and 0x4005 ... ! Why is the GLOBAL_CONFIG parameters different in the GUI versus the documentation.
I am also wondering how this sends the command spi(1,0,74054004)! Can anyone explain the exact conversion process that is happening? How can I read and write to a specific address, enabling/disable bits, for specific settings? How does the value change, you will notice, when I change it to a read. How does this work?
spi(slot, spiDev, out) - spi write
Sends an spi command with content out to device spiDev (normaly 0).
Returns the return value of the previous command, if successful (previous command can be the
watchdog command, if activated).

Hey there! As discussed in my previous topic, when we apply load on this IC, the power factor and the output voltage decrease. So, I've got some basic questions about PCB consideration when working with ICE2PCS06. Could you please tell me what cares should be taken when routing to improve the performance? Is there any basic, simple point that should be taken into account? I just know that star grounding is a great idea. How can I reduce and mitigate ground bouncing and crosstalk? I'm completely new to this topic so any help would be appreciated.
