Hi, Can any suggest the Most Popular Analog CCM PFC IC from Infineon. I have external Aux supply to start IC. Power Range - 1KW to 2.4KW. My LLC is IC is having Brownout Protection and PFC Disable Function @ Light load. So for PFC no need of Brownout Protection but PFC disable at light load is preferable.

For service purpose, we are looking for some hundreds TCA785. But some sources offers also TCA785P , TCA785HKLA or TCA785X.
Can someone tell the difference?
I tried with Infineon Website, but just found a datasheet for TCA785, without any suffix.
Thanks in advance
Show LessWe are in the development phase of a project using the PXM1310 and PXE1110 controller ICs. Up until now we have been using PowerCode to configure the parts but once we are in production we would like to load the configuration automatically via I2C during board testing at the same time that we load the other programmable parts on the board. we would like to do this without having to use the PowerCode graphical interface, which requires user intervention. However, the standard datasheets on the product page do not contain any information on part programing or internal registers. Where can I find information on the internal registers etc that would allow me to program the internal NVM of these parts? Alternatively, does PowerCode have a command line interface that we could use to automate programming?
Note that our production volumes are too small and production lead time too tight for us to order pre-configured parts directly from Infineon.
Show LessI am developing a solenoid controller board using the TLE92464ED and am having problems getting the chip to stay in mission mode. I have configured the chip as follows:
After setting up as described above I check the FB_STAT register and see only OLSG_WARNx_CHK_NOK warnings on all channels which I believe is expected since the channel has not been enabled yet. Next I set the chip to be in mission mode and then enable ch0 (solenoid attached). The chip successfully transitions to mission mode and shows the channel is enabled and will stay in this configuration enabled in mission mode. If I now change the value in the SETPOINT register to a non-zero value I can see a short voltage pulse and then the chip immediately goes back into setup mode and ch0 is disabled.
Am I missing something in the configuration that is causing this behavior? I hope someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
I have checked the hardware side and can measure the resistance of the coil across the input leads.

What is wrong with the second input mode? Cause the amplifier to enter the overcurrent protection state frequently
Hi All,
I am looking for OM4002ST and OM5004ST rectifiers.
It used to be manufactured by Omni, International rectifier, and now Infineon.
can you help me to find these two items?
Best regards,
Show LessHi Team ,
We wanted Design with IR38164 below requirement
Input 12V and Output - 5V : 15A Typical and Peak current 25A , Data sheet Mentions Output can be set through resistor Divider on Feedback pin or PMBUS.
Could please provide more details on Setting VOUT =5V on Resistor Divider and also on compensation values.
Thanks
Uday
Show LessFor designs requiring more than 40A, can we combine multiple POLs to support higher loads? For example, if we want to provide 100A, can we combine three TDA38640, TDA38641, or TDA38740 to source 100A? Do these modules support some form of current sharing or communication between them to implement phase control? My customer does not want to use a controller and power stages. They want to minimize their component count and board space, and are looking at Point of Loads with SMBUS (I2C) based communication that support loads up to 100A.
Thank you, Chris
Show LessBoth the TDA38740/25 and TDA38640 datasheets reference an App note about PMBus - AN_2203_PL12_2204_184108:
I was able to find an AN2203 - https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-AN2203_001-32909_0C_V-ApplicationNotes-v04_00-EN.pdf?fileId=8ac78c8c7cdc391c017d0d439ad269d0 – but it is an obsolete Cypress application note.
Can you please point me in the direction of AN2203 that discusses PMBus? Thank you.
Show LessThe user's computer is not able to communicate with the gang programmer PRG3806301-4A, using the PowIRCentre software provided by Infineon.
The PowIRCentre software is installed with active license.
Please see the screen snippets attached in a pdf file.
Can anybody please give some direction as to what may be wrong and how to correct the issue?
Thank you
