Hi Team
I understand that TLE62512GXUMA3 is NRND. I would like to know the drop in replacement against TLE62512GXUMA3 part. Shall I consider "TLE9252VSKXUMA1" as a drop in replacement?
Awaiting your reply.
Thanks and Regards

Show LessHi
I'm using the TLE75242-ESH for my project. We are using 6 Channels on the high side and 2 channels on the low side. The VS and VS_HS pins are connected with 12V in the board. When one of the high-side channel outputs is shorted with 18V, The VS and VS_HS pin's Voltage also increases.
Could you please provide details on how the output short to high voltage impacts the IC supply line?
How to prevent this issue by design modification?
our load current per channel is around 300 mA.

ICE3PCS01G PFC work abnormally, power consumption is large, can not boost. I think it is ICE3PCS01G PFC PCB ground alignment is not well, to help look at, can send a reference to the original PCB up better, the attachment is the AD drawing PCB, the attachment is a good idea.

Show LessAfter the device receives a customized can message and calls the SBC_Mode_Sleep() interface to enter sleep mode, and then powers down and powers up the entire device, I find that the device is still under sleep mode and needs to be woken up by a can message. is this problem related to the configuration? see attachment for SBC configuration. SBC configuration is attached. Thank you!

Show LessHi expert,
When an error pin fault causes a reset, Inverted read back WDCFG0 register and FWDEN bit is still set , but actually ,function watchdog is disabled, I injected a FWD fault in normal state, the interrupt was not occurred and FWD error counter was not increased.
I must rewrite the WDCFG0 register ,FWD can take effect again. But isn't WDCFG0 an *R2) register?
Thannks.
Show LessHi,
We are trying to configure the PXE1410 controllers on our board. While configuring one of them, we are getting a fault - CH1 High Side Short.Due to the fault, the controller is shutdown. Now we have another controller for the same voltage on the board. One is for CPU0 and the other is for CPU1, with same design specs and limits. CPU0's controller voltage is fine. Issue is with the second one. We are loading the same .psf file into both with different I2C Addresses.
Kindly let us know what this fault is and how to debug the same. What limit or settings in the config file should we check? Should we check anything on our PCB components. Screenshot of the fault attached.

Show LessHi Sir,
Can we make 2 channels parallel in the TLE75242-ESH for a load of 600 mA?
What parameters do we need to consider in the program side and thermal?

Hello,
I have a aquestion related to ERR pin monitoring conntected to FSB pin of SMU for a MCU.
Incase ERR pin monitoring reported and detected an error on FSP protocol that will generate an interupt on INT pin.
Meanwhile ROT pin will be triggered to reset the MCU.
So what is the main role of INT where ROT pin will reset the MCU, means that INT will not be effective here.
Could you plz provide me an example scenario for the usage of INT pin and how to be effective?
And want to make sure that ROT pin will be triggered in case fault is reported by ERR pin monitoring.
Thank you in advance
Show LessI am interested in using the TDA21590 smart power stage primarily for its high continuous current rating of 90A and had a few questions to ask
1- Is there a peak load current rating for this device and if so an you provide details on the testing conditions for this peak rating
2- Is it possible to use this device without utilizing the integrated current/temperature sensing functionality, and if so, are there recommendations for what to do with pins associated with that functionality like IMONREF, IMON, TMON/FLT? For instance, can we simply keep them floating while operating the device normally via the PWM pins?
Thank you in advance,
Hosam
