Can XDPP1100 digital power controller can be used for building 6000W-200A or 9000W-300A power supplies.

Hello @navsuh ,
XDPP1100 is typically designed for medium voltage DC-DC applications.
With this IC, Vin is limited to 127V, Iout maximum to 127A per phase, and 255A maximum Iout with interleaved PSFB.
To support higher input voltage or higher output current, a Firmware patch is required to scale the resolution and range.
Please refer to the below link for the reference design of an evaluation board (which uses this Firmware patch), designed to support Vin till 400V.

- Current ratings of Input & Output 20A-30A, 200A-300A.
- Application-welding and cutting.
- Selected power stage topology & switching frequency are Full bridge or half bridge,100KHZ-200KHZ,current mode/PCMC.
