I have a design, I need to choose pmics and OptiMOS for 0.4V 115A, 0.8V 43A, 0.9V 8.5A. which one is best to fit for these requirement?

You can utilize a combination of Digital multiphase controller
and Integrated Power stages (Refer the attachment), for your output specifications.

Hi Guruprasad,
The input is 12V, the max current: output VDDP: 0.4V-0.5V 150A, VDDM:0.5V -0.6V 50A, VDDC: 0.675V-0.825V 15A.

Hi Guruprasad,
It seems that XDPE12254C-0000+TDA21490 can be used for VDDP: 0.4V-0.5V 150A and VDDM:0.5V -0.6V 50A, what about VDDC: 0.675V-0.825V 15A. Which one should I pick? BTW, is there application note and layout guideline?
