Hi,

Regarding the use of IR11662SPBF, is it possible to connect MOSFETs in parallel to reduce the heat generated by the MOSFETs?

I don't think there is any problem as long as the ability to drive the FET is ensured.
Is my understanding correct?
Can you please let me know if there is anything else I should be aware of?

Best Regards,

Fujioka

Yes, it's possible. Since the production process guarantees very constant Vgsth and Rdson, unbalancing and self-heating effects would be minimized.
