Hi,

In our company we designed boost circuit from 110V to 350V, we used in PFC of IR (P/N: IR1150IPBF).

This product become an obsolete and I want to change the design to ICE2PCS01GXUMA1.

I would like to know if it's a good option and if you have any comments.

Best Regards,

Dror

Hi @drormo7 ,

We appreciate your participation in the Infineon community.

Sorry for the inconvenience, IR1150I is obsolete. There is no exact replacement available.

The ICE2PCS01GXUMA1 is a good option. When designing, make sure the pin voltages are appropriate.

Kindly refer Design guide while designing.

Feel free to contact if you have any questions.

Regards,

GA
