Hi

For the TLT125D0EJ IC can I connect the NC pins to the GND?

Hello,

NC pins have no actual connection to the die, so they can be connected as you prefer. It is good to connect to ground for better power dissipation.

The exposed pad is mandatory to be connected to ground for heat dissipation, as specified in the datasheet.
