For adjustable LDO - TLS205B0EJV, the input voltage range is -
And the output voltage range is -
This is little bit confusing, how is the output voltage is only 1.19 to 1.25 ?
I need 5V output, for that the dropout voltage will be 320mV as below datasheet snap -
Is it correct, so that min. VI = 5 + 0.32 = 5.32V @ IQ = 500mA?
Can anyone help me here.

Yes, you are right.
The adjustable version of the TLS205B0 has an output voltage range of 1.22 V(typical) to 20 V - VDR. The output voltage is set by the ratio of two external resistors, as it can be seen in the below figure.
The below-highlighted values show the min output values with tolerance. (min of min, typical of min, max of min)
