HI,
TLF35584 How to Enter the WAKE State (Currently in the Normal State)
What is the meaning of the contents in the red box below? Do I just need to start ABIST to go from normal to WAKE?

Hi Xiaoxuan,
Thanks for the query.
TLF35584 provides the option to test certain observation functions with the assistance of the external µC via built-in self-test features to the activation of the secondary safety shutdown path and the generation of an interrupt. In case an ABIST contributing to the secondary safety shutdown path is started and the device is in NORMAL state, the state machine will move from NORMAL to WAKE state. See the attached image. After ABIST action the PMIC will move from Normal to Wake. During ABIST operation, the change of status of ROT pin is blocked.

Kranthi

HI,
I do the configuration as shown below, and read the ABIST_CTRL0 register STATUS=5,
But it didn't switch to WAKE. Why is that?

Hi,
Could you please let us know what is the status of the below registers before and after the ABIST test?
ABIST_SELECT0
ABIST_SELECT1
ABIST_SELECT2
Could you please check the SSx signals also?

Kranthi
