I have vin about 25v and I need high precision voltage output dc dc converters ics with low current. And I found infineon is one of the best in this domain. I need output voltage about 1.6v and 20-50ma current is more than enough. I found that TLE4252D https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/power/linear-voltage-regulator/linear-voltage-regulators-for...  can output as minimum as 1.5v. But I can not find this element in the electronics stores. So I looked at many other regulators from infineon like TLT125D0EJ https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-TLT125D0EJ-DataSheet-v01_02-EN.pdf?fileId=5546d46279a6fbb2017... and I found that it says that minimum output voltage is 2v but in the vAdj, vOut chart it shows that outputs can be between 1 and 2 volts in all temperatures. So can I use it in my application to give about 1.6v and 20ma current?

Hello, 

V_ADJ functional voltage range is from 2V to 14V for TLT125D0EJ. It might work even for the 1V to 2V range but not guaranteed.
