Please tell me about CoolSET (model number: ICE5GR2280AG) regarding the following two points.
1. As an EMI countermeasure, we are considering mounting a ceramic capacitor between the gate terminal and the drain terminal or between the gate terminal and the CS terminal.
We think that there is no problem as an EMI countermeasure, but if you have any operational problems or concerns about the logic circuit inside the IC, we would appreciate it if you could comment.

2. Please let me know if you know the thermal resistance between the ICE5GR2280AG junction and the case and between the junction and the lead.

型番:ICE5GR2280AG

1. Here are the risks of your workarounds. We recommend you to modify PCB pattern to eliminate EMI issue.
Adding Drain - Gate cap : Not recommended, Internal CoolMOS might be turned-on due to charging internal Cgs by the discharged current from the added cap. Cdg / Cgs ratio should be kept low to prevent unexpected turn-on event(dV/dt).
Adding Gate - CS cap : Might be acceptable, but please keep in your mind that device will need more time for start up.

2. Unfortunately, we don't have the data you are requiring.
