Hello everyone,

I have been looking for a method for performing Hard Reset on TLF35584/85. When I examine the datasheet and manual, it seems that only solution is to not trigger Long Open Window twice and making soft reset and hard reset respectively.

Nevertheless, I need a different method that no need to use WDG feature.

How can I implement hard reset in that situation??

Thank you very much for help.

Hello,

Hard reset is when ROT Pin goes below ROT low threshold and the post regulator output voltages are switched off.

Another way to generate such a hard reset is to send the TLF from Normal state to Standby state.

Thanks

Anil
