PRG833801：Unable to access FTP server

Hello, I have read two other related posts in the community, I tried according to your method, but I still can't connect to ftp://irdpdc_ro:mem2011@sftp.irf.com no matter what. The system prompts that the name or address of the server cannot be resolved.
Is there any other way to download it?

Kindly create a case under Tech support in our Infineon Case Management Tool to get the Setup files of the IR Gang Programmer.
