I want to use LLC Controller ICE2HS01G. I have made a circuit with this IC which satisfices the IC requirement to generate PWM. I have connected it individually. Means it is not in the application rather it is connected individually to just check whether it generates PWM or not. It is not generating PWM. Shouldn't it generate?

Hi @dev_gk,

For proper input supply and feedback signal, you should get PWM Signal.

Reference pin voltage is generated from the supply voltage (check block diagram).

Verify whether IC is damaged and check the protection.

Can you share a snapshot of schematics for further analysis?

Hi @dev_gk,

Thank you for posting in the Infineon community.

Kindly verify the IC requirements are met and protections are not triggered.

Can you share the following details for further analysis

a. Input supply to the IC

b. The Waveform at pin SS, CS, Load, EnA, LG and HG.

c. Snapshot of schematics.

Dear Guruprasad A,

I have measured the reference pin voltage it should be 5V but it is 0V. Actually I am not getting any output from the IC and also SS, CS Load EnA pins are input pin so I have applied constant voltage there as per requirement given in the datasheet. My question is shouldn't it run or generate PWM if it is given proper input supply and feedback signal equivalent?
