No Vref output of ICE2HS01

I am using the ICE2HS01 in an LLC application. Schematic attached. There is no Vref coming out of pin9 of the IC. Two different boards show the same behavior. Vcc = 15V. Is there an issue with this chip or do you recommend a different controller? Please advise, we are at a standstill in the product development. We are generally following the design from "Infineon-Design_example_resonant_LLC_converter_operation_and_design-AN-v01_00-EN".

With this chip, there is no problem.

To analyze the circuit, could you please provide input and output specifications?

Would you kindly validate the voltage at VINS?

For pin 11 (VINS) recommended voltage is 2V to 5V. In the attached circuit, VINS is directly connected to the Bus voltage. Recommend using a resistive voltage divider to provide voltage at VINS from BUS.
