Dear Sir,

Please see the attached programming file.

We are programmer maker. Our question is as the follow.

The IC has 26 blocks (User Section), which cannot be programmed after programming.

The customer's file has 8 blocks, and it is normally programed in blocks 0~7

However, if one of the programming fails, after an error

According to the following figure, the process is to leave directly (judging that the burning failed)

Or can you skip to the next block and program it?

For example, if Section 4 fails to be programmed, can the data of Section 4~7 be rewritten to Section 5~8?

Or it can only be between 0~7, even if only 1 mistake

Hello @lihuc_1231266 ,

Thank you for contributing to the Infineon community.

GUI will allow you to reprogram a second time with a MIC, Multi-image file.

However, you can try to reprogram the part with the images in the locations specified and update the CNFG section to allow the images to be selected if they are in the selectable range.

NOTE:

  • If MTP resistor is used to select image, they will likely have to be updated to reflect new locations.
  • Avoid rewriting images.  If an image slot has been used, avoid writing over it/reusing it

Regards,

Nishanth
