IR3564B Operating Temperature and Alternative Part

Hi,

I am using IR3564B PMIC in our custom design board. In the datasheet(February 24, 2015 | V1.1) we received with NDA, the recommended operating temperature given as "0/+85 (page 😎 " but in some parts of the datasheet, it is given as -40 +85 (page 1). Which information is correct and what is the operation junction temperature of the IC.

Another issue;

Could you suggest other PMIC with AMD SVI2 interface?

Hello @Emre_Kahraman ,

IR3564B can operate from -40°C to 85°C ambient temperature, but the recommended operating temperature (system accuracy & other key parameters are guaranteed) is 0°C to 85°C. If the ambient temperature is beyond the recommended temperature range derating should be considered. Please refer to note 3 in the datasheet for these details. IR3564B is a NRND part.

You can consider XDPE14283A, this part supports AMD SVI2 interface.
