Hi, I tried to get the information about the peak current rating of ICE3PCS01G internal drivers but I think this info is not avilable in datasheet...

What will be the best approach to shutdown the IC ; pulling BOP low or Vb_ok low.

Hi @ashok1987 ,

Thank you for posting in Infineon community.

The datasheet does not provide the internal gate driver Peak current rating. For a gate capability assessment, please refer to the gate Rise time/Fall time with 1nF cap loading (page no. 20).
PFC stage in normal operation is indicated by the VB_Ok pin output of 5V. This pin is useful while testing.

BOP protection: the gate driver is disabled, with a 20us delay, and the IC will be in standby mode.

Please refer to "Protection Function" (Section 3.10, page number 14) to choose the protection function that suits your requirement, taking into account factors such as the amount of delay needed, whether an auto restart is needed, etc.

Datasheet : ICE3PCS01
