Hello, 

Current consumption in the VBAT depends on the mode of SBC and loads at the regulators. 

Please use the datasheet section 4.4 or use our "Infineon developer center" for calculating the current consumption.  A screenshot of the tool is given below.

If you mentioned about thermal protection function , could you check Data Sheet "5.4.3 Overcurrent protections" and overcurrent threshold value defined "Number P5.5.20- P5.5.27".

Hello, 

Can you please send the link to the datasheet you are referring?  Section 5.4.3 is about the input leakage current as per the TLE9471-3ES datasheet.
