Hey,

Id current is 400A . I want to use it for automotive traction inverter where requirement is 1000A current . Can I use this module ?

Hello Tanvi,

Thank you for posting on the Infineon Community.
Unfortunately, FS03MR12A6MA1B cannot give more than 400A continuously and 800A pulsed as seen in Table 3 of the datasheet:

The closest rated module you could consider is FS950R08A6P2LB.
This is a 950A Id IGBT module, however, the blocking voltage is only 750V (compared to the 1200V of SiC).
