Hi Abhilash P,

Thanks your reply.

But I still have some problem on the parts. After compare with the D2PAK package outline and part marking. I find different in the top mark format, thermal pad and mold location. The parts of date code is 2119 and made from China. I have attached the parts photo in my previous respond. Could you please help to review?

Thanks

Hi Abhilash P,

1) The parts of dimple by mold gate location in upper, but the datasheet diagram show in lower

2)The shape of thermal pad is different if compare with datasheet diagram

3)The letter for KN12 without space, but 8024 with space.

Is it normal?  Or you can provide some  PCN to explain?

Please see the below photo. Thanks your help again.
