I need to create some firmware for a project and realizing that I will not finish myself.  It involves:

Free RTOS

Temperature measurement and PID Control

Counting pulses and measuring frequesncy from same

Several digital imputs

Several Digital outputs

PWM 

Several cases structures (state machine)

Stepper motors (with drivers so only pulses from PSoC)

Future: 4.3" display with touch screen and Bluetooth to Android

This would be a paid project and could start right away.  It would be great if you were in Seattle but in the end it really does not matter.

Processor is PSoC 4 (pioneer kit) or PSoC 5.

For recent Psoc Creator Psoc5 chips don't exist at all.

Like Cypress has never manufacured them at all.

Does anyone know which version of PC don't hide it?

Recently discovered PSoC, like a Pi for grownups. As a professional programmer used to Visual Studio I find Creator strangely familiar yet at the same time lacking some essential features, or at least I can't find them.

Top of the list is source control integration (SVN, Vault, VSS, etc). I could wrap my Creator project with a Visual Studio solution and do it that way, but I am astonished there is no inbuilt revision control.

There is no document format. In Visual Studio I can press a key combination and have my file tidied up and formatted. Where is it in Creator?

Dragging components around sometimes gives a rubber banding error, but sometimes it just breaks all the connections, on screen at least. Sometimes it works. This seems like an alarming and glaring bug, is there a fix in the works?

Is there a concept of a profiler? If I want to check how well/efficiently my code is running, how do I do this?

Apologies if this post is in the wrong place, I found the support section of the website to be less than clear.

I'm developed a project in PSoC Creator  3.0 Component Pack 7 (3.0.0.1539) and then I wanted to make it bootloadable like I previously did in past.

I create a new project and I set it as Bootloader project, I put the Bootloader component and the UART one into the project, I set all the parameters (buffer 64 byte), I set the pins TX and RX, ect...

In the other project I set it as Bootloadable project, I put the Bootloadable component and I set the dependencies.

Then I programmed the PSoC 5 with the Bootloader project, then with the Bootloader Host in the PSoC Creator I tried to program the cyacd  file of the bootloadable project, but after the process, in the PSoC starts always the bootloader and not the bootloader project.

I did this procedure in the past and it works well, but now with the PSoC Creator 3 and this new projects it doesn't...can someone helps me please?

In Creator, DieTemp module datasheet, there is no discussion or data

on its output V vs T characteristics. Would be useful in case one does not

want to use injection channel, just plain SAR or DelSig.

Nor does the datasheet cover this. Or linearity. All it covers is accuracy,

no clue what its voltage is doing.

When configuring a clock it would be nice if user can enter

period vs frequency, with S, mS, and uS alongide entry window.

Same for any other related UDB functions, also add a computed

duty cycle message and computed PW in uS, mS, S, in config

window for the PWM.
