PSoC™ Creator & Designer Forum Discussions
Hi, all,
The current version of PSOC Creator is 4.4. It was released in Oct, 2020. This version is released about 3 and a half years ago.
When a new version of PSOC Creator is released?
Show LessHello world.
Ever since I first installed PSoC creator and programmer, it hasn't been working properly. The first time I run it after turning on my PC there is no problem. However, if I have to open another one I have to close the PSoCProgrammerCOM Module (32-bit) in task manager which also means I now won't be able to program my PSoC. I'll just get stuck for 10 minutes on this screen. After the 10 minutes are up it will boot but I still won't be able to program my PSoC
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and I've also used both a registry cleaner and I've done it manually. Nothing seems to get it up and working. It would be great if someone had some insight on this particular issue.
I need to use creator 4.2 in order to use my PSOC6 -062 SDK, Wher can I downlod the software. I do have 4.4 but not 4.2
Is it possible to request a new feature in PSoC Creator where the user can quick search for a file within their project structure? It's sometimes quite tedious to search for a file in large scale micro projects and a tool similar to the CTRL+P search tool in VSCode would be a really nice addition to the IDE 🙂
Show LessHi,
I recently installed PSoC Creator 4.4 on another PC (shares PSoC projects with the old PC) and I found that the example projects shown in 'Find Code Example' are limited to the examples I already downloaded.
The examples with download icon are not displayed anymore. This problem occurs on the old PC too. First I thought it as a setting problem or something related to corrupted files but I could not find anything about that.
Screenshot shown below.
Searching through the developer community, I found a similar case closed over 3 years ago.
Solved: examples visibility - Infineon Developer Community
If this is the same case, anyone who tries to use code examples should get the same issue with me. Is there anybody having same issue?
Thank you.
Show LessI've recently acquired the solar-powered IoT device kit S6SAE101A00SA1002, and while attempting to operate it in PSoC Creator, I've encountered an issue. Specifically, I couldn't find any package related to solar-powered devices within the software. Upon further investigation on the official website, it became apparent that I need to download the "solarpowerediotsetuponlypackage" tailored for the S6SAE101A00SA1002 device. Could you kindly guide me on where to find and download this package?
Show LessHi infineon.
In PSoC Creator, is it possible to enter sleep mode at debug mode?
So is there a way to run code that has CySysPmSleep() API at debug mode?
Device is CY8C4045AZI-S413.
PSoC Creator version is 4.3.
Best Regards.

Show LessOk here we go:
*** ERROR L220: INVALID INPUT MODULE
MODULE: .\DP8051\DP8051_Keil_903\Debug\UM6 Sensor Test.lib (-----)
*** Internal Reference: processlib3The command 'LX51.exe' failed with exit code '3'.
If I put Browse Information to FALSE in the Compiler's Build Settings it
links correctly but cannot (obviously) debug otherwise it gives that error.
This is weird !
