Hi,

I am Using PSOC Programmer 3.28.7 with MiniProg4.

when i connect miniprog4 to the system, it is showing 2 Miniprog4 in port selection. And I can't select any of the two.

I tried uninstalling and installing PSOC Programmer

and uninstalled miniprog4 driver in device manager.

still same issue.

Regards,

GA

1: Please try to download the latest psoc programmer to test.

https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/design-support/tools/tools-archive/psoc-programmer-archive/

2: Update /recovery the image in minprog4:

Although unlikely, it is possible to corrupt the KitProg3 image, for example, if a firmware update is interrupted.
To fix this issue, put the KitProg3 into bootloader mode. (Press the Mode switch while plugging in the kit.) Then
follow the instructions for your programmer.
• Launch CYPRESS™ Programmer, which automatically updates the KitProg3 firmware.
OR
• Launch PSoC™ Programmer, and update KitProg3 firmware via Utilities > Update firmware option.

3:I am sorry that can't find the issue directly, I would like to analysis it.
