PSOC Creator Install 64 Bit

When installing Creator on a 64 bit machine one must install the 32 bit version of

Microsoft Redistributal Package in order to get the install to recognize its present.

Installing the 64 bit version will not satisfy the Creator check on an installed 64 bit

version of the Redistributal Package.

I've been using PSoC Creator for over 8 years on a 64-bit PC.   I do not believe Cypress ever created a 64-bit version of Creator.
