There have many improvements been made in Creator 4.0 compared to the lower versions. Not only the user interface is much better now but there have been corrections made to the components to remove bugs. Which device is your customer using? (please exact part number).
Can you provide us with the not-working code so that we all can have a look at all of the settings. To do so, use
Creator->File->Create Workspace Bundle (minimal)
and attach the resulting file. I will try to find out the reason for not-running. So your customer will get a brand-new revision.
