If I config SAR for Vref, external bypassed, that commits P1_7 as a pin
on pioneer board. But no pin icon is shown on schematic.
If I then place a pin, config it as analog, P1_7, will that enable me to route
the Vref on the pin internally to other analog, like a OpAmp or comparator ?
Does that still satisfy the SAR Vref route to the pin ?
Regards, Dana.

Hi Dana,
If you configure the SAR reference as internal vref/VDDA with bypass option OR external Vref , the pin is enabled. If the configuration is internal vref with bypass, then only internal Vref will be routed to pin 1.7 . In case you want to use the Vref, you cannot do it directly as the surce is weak. You can externally route it to the Opamp buffer. From Opamp output you may use it for other needs.
