PD failure after Pcreat update

Recently I've updated Psoc Creator

   

Afterwards I experienced problems with latest PD(5.1SP1)

   

When I startup projects the main projects screen is blank.

   

Also when I try to created new project when comes to part choise screen the window is empty ( only upper scrollbar)

   

What could be the reason?

   

I've once seen info from PD that IE canot open page from the disk location.

   

Is this a reason?

Please update to the PSoC Designer SP1.1 if you've updated to Internet Explorer 9.

   

If you did not upgrade to IE9, please just reinstall Adobe SVG Viewer.
