Im trying to design an analogue low pass filter , does anyone have any help, ie: sample projects or any info at all, cheers.

EVERY opamp supplier has a set of filter design tools.
EVERY graduate student interested in analog design has written a set of filter design tools.
My favorite, and the one I use because I don't feel like re-writing one of the dozen versions that I've done before, is:

I particularly like the 3 pole Sallen+Key implementation.
Just use the PSoC opamp as the opamp in the schematics in the design tool. Component selection in PSoC Creator, then pin assignment, then one line of start code, add external R+Cs . . . . and your filter is complete.
