can i get some datasheet or manual about functions in PSOC creator?

Frankly: No

   

But you have a list of all components your PSoC supports and each component has got its own datasheet which explains what the component is good for and how to use it.

   

There are some PSoC internal functions you will find explained in the "System Reference Guide" from Creator Help menu.
