Can I incorporate cybootloaderutils source code in an open-source product?

Summary: Can we include the source code from cybootloaderutils in our (open source) utility for programming PSoC?

This is a developer forum. To get a reliable answer from Cypress I would suggest you to create a "MyCase".

   

To do so: On top of this page, go to "Support & Community -> Technical Support -> Create a MyCase". You wil get informations from Cypress directly.

Hi JPS,

       

there's an EULA.htm file in the documentation sub-folder of the PSoC installation directory. I assume(!) this is the file referred to by the source files.

   

Would be nice if you'd post the answer from Cypress here.

I opened up a case with Cypress and they checked with the legal department. And no you can not share the code in an open source project.
