Hi @GrCa_1363456 ,
There is not much of a difference between the CY8C624ABZI-S2D44 and CY8C624ABZI-S2D44A0 die revs. There are some changes made from A0 silicon to A1 silicon which are Improvements to GPIO switching noise impact on ADC, CapSense performance and few internal SROM code changes and these should not impact any proto, evaluation exercises.
Please, let us know if further clarification is required.
Thanks
Best Regards

Raj,
I did receive the formal Errata for PSoC 6 die rev A0 through the local Infineon Distribution support team.
Thank you
