Anyone know the USB pin numbers for the 116-BGA?  Can't seem to find them in the datasheet.  the "Hardware Design Considerations" document references pins on port 14 but there is no port 14 on the 116-BGA package.

Hi,

We are still working on providing the USB functionality for PSoC 6. At the moment, we don't have any 116-BGA part that will support USB. The only packages available are 80-WLCSP and 124-BGA.

Sorry, forgot to mention we need family = 3 == Connectivity,

i.e.

   BL = PSoC 6A-BLE

At the moment, there is no part supporting BLE and USB at the same time.

I don't know. Which company you work for? And what kind of application you are building?
