You can try referring page no 28 of ARM Cortex-M0 Devices Generic User Guide . I have shared an image of the memory model below -

As you can find the device system registers are placed at the address map of 0xE010 0A000 – 0xFFFF FFFF. Hope this helps. Please feel free to add any query in case of any further doubt.
