I am working in secure boot and I did not understand the difference between "policy_multi_CM0_CM4_swap.json" and "policy_multi_CM0_CM4_smif_swap.json" policies.

Hi @Sachin_Patel ,
Can you please take a look at the Secure Boot document to understand the difference between both the policy files.
You can refer to the section "Understanding the default Policy " at page 43 of the above mentioned document which describes in detail the difference between the two.
Also have a look at Appendix A to understand the flash memory map in case of both the policies.
