PSOC64 support

HI Cypress Team,

We are working on one project where we are looking for PSOC64 solution. I have bellow few queries to be resolved:

1) When PSOC64 will be availalbe ? Can we get access so that we can design prototypes around to meet our timeline.

2) From the initial Datahsheets i come to know that PSOC64 is pin to pin compatible with PSOC62. Can you please let us know will it be pin to pin compatible with PSOC62 BGA package (Part# CY8C624ABZI-S2D14)?

So that we can start our Prototype using PSOC62 and once later PSOC64 is available we can quickly upgrade it to PSOC64.

3) Is the software support are available for PSOC64?

The PSoC64 family is expected to be in full production by October. Some chips might be coming out sooner, for example, the CYB0644ABZI (2M) part is expected to hit full production by end of July.

So that we can start our Prototype using PSOC62 and once later PSOC64 is available we can quickly upgrade it to PSOC64.

CY8C624ABZI-S2D14 is 124 BGA. CYB0644ABZI-S2D44 is available in 124 BGA package. Please refer to this datasheet for more information on this device - https://www.cypress.com/file/501821/download

3) Is the software support are available for PSOC64?

Full software support for PSoC 64 in ModusToolbox is expected to be available in early July.

Please note that the schedule is tentative and an update will be provided when there is a release. Please stay tuned for that.
