PSoC 63 has a smaller BGA package (116-BGA) available than PSoC 61 or 62.
Can the PSoC 63 be designed in with the BLE radio disabled such that compliance testing isn't required?

Hi,
Unless you enable the BLE subsystem using Firmware APIs, the BLE radio inside the PSoC 63 BLE is by default disabled. Also, you can remove the power supply to VDDR1, VDDR2 and VDDR3 so that BLE subsystem is not powered at all to ensure that BLE subsystem is dead inside PSoC 63 BLE family.
Please update if you have more queries.
Thanks
