According to following table from https://www.cypress.com/documentation/product-brochures/psoc-6-mcu-new-standard-internet-things UDBs should be present in all PSoC >= 61
but datasheet for example PSoC 62x8 and 62xA have no UDBs according to datasheet (https://www.cypress.com/documentation/datasheets/psoc-62-cy8c62x8-cy8c62xa-datasheet ). There are no UDBs mentioned except reference in acronym table. It is interesting 62x5 family has also no reference to UDB in datasheet but 62x6 and 62x7 UDB contains.
Is correct that 62x5, 62x8 and 62xA have no UDB or they have it and it is just ommited in datasheet?

MiZu,
Here is the list of 62xx devices from the Device Selector... 8 out of 11 devices have UDBs.

There are more than 11 models in PSoC 62 family. Product selector https://www.cypress.com/search/psg/114026#/?_facetShow=ss_pmain_core,ss_psecondary_core,fs_pmax_oper... lists 33 models but I am not sure if 33 models is complete list. For example CY8C6247FTI-D52 is not present in product selector for some reason.... (it is mentioned in 62x7 datasheet)
But I am asking about something different. I am asking about device listed with zero UDBs. I ask If they realy have zero UDBs or it is documentation mistake and they have some. For example CY8C6245FNI-S3D71T (62x5 subfamily) listed in Product Selector has 12 UDBs but his datasheet has no UDB section. In case when I see datasheet for MCU without some section, I make decision that it has not that peripheral. But wait. According to product selector it should have it. I am confused, so I am asking if the documentation and product selector are correct. Does 62x5, 62x8 and 62xA subfamilies realy have no UDBs because UDB is ommited in datasheet or they have it and it is just undocumented. And second question, are counts of UDBs in Product selector correct?

MiZu,
Here is a link to the product selection on the Cypress site of ALL PSoC6s filtered with UDBs. There are 27 of them.
The list I provided in the earlier post was from the PSoC Creator program. If you natively want to design with UDBs, you need to rate your app in PSoC Creator and not ModusToolbox. This list displays the eight CY8C62xx-series parts that have UDBs. I've attached a spreadsheet from the product selection with UDBs for your viewing.
If you want to use ModusToolbox, a brilliant user created a program that takes PSoC Creator created TopDesign UDB content and puts it together in a package to be used in ModusToolbox. This technique needs someone with a more than casual knowledge of the PSoC to make the transfer.

Hi, your take is correct. The only PSoC 62 family supporting UDB is 62x6, 62x7.
PSoC 6 MCU: CY8C62x6, CY8C62x7 Datasheet (cypress.com)
the other P62 families do not have UDB.

No I think I was not correct. I realised that when I went through Product Selector. There are (at least) one model in 62x5 family which also have UDBs: https://www.cypress.com/part/cy8c6245fni-s3d71t
So for now I have not found only 62x8 and 62xA models with UDB otherwise all released 62xx (62x5, 62x6 and 62x7) subfamilies have at least one model with UDB. Roadmap (https://www.cypress.com/product-roadmaps/cypress-psoc-and-microcontroller-mcu-portfolio-roadmap) also states some PSoC 62x4 with samples avalaible in 20Q3, but I have not found any PSoC 62x4 (at the begining of 2021) published yet. So I have no idea If there will be any PSoC 62x4 with UDBs.

Hi MiZu,
so far the only PSOC62 supporting UDB are the ones in the datasheet I mentioned in my previous comment. Al PSOC6 on the contrary support SmartIO.
