I can't program the soft to pSoc61(CY8C6137BZI-F14)

Dear Community

I develop the soft with psoc61 (CY8C6137BZI-F14), 

I have revise my soft several times, and I can reload the soft to psoc successfully several times.

But suddenly I can't load my soft(.hex) to psoc.

With Modus IDE, I use the kitprog, error message is shown as the following:

With Cypress programmer, I also use kitprog the error message is shown as the follwing:

I trid to download the soft with Keil+ULINK2:

I can find my board:

The address setting is also OK:

But the error message is shown as below:

What's the reason, how can I resolve this problem.

Hi @shiyouxue 

Can you please verify the kitprog connections to the PSoC device? Can you please send the current hex file(unable to program) and previous hex(which was able to program the device)?

Also please specify what software revisions were made before the final programming.
