Humidity regulations for PSoC 6 devices

Hello

Humidity ranges are specified in the data sheet for BLE-equipped modules such as CYBLE-416045-02.

However, there is no specified humidity range for devices such as PSoC6 alone.

Is this because the parts related to BLE other than PSoC 6 are affected by humidity?

Does it mean that humidity conditions do not have to be considered when using the device alone?

In PSoC6 family datasheet, for different packages Operating ambient temperature, Operating junction temperature, Package Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) etc. are defined in the Package section in page no. 67
