I am using a PSoC 62 and I have nothing connected to ports 11-13 which use VDDIO0. Can I leave VDDIO0 floating or must it be connected to a stable voltage? VDDD is set at 1.8V and VDDIO0 will be connected to 2.5V only during eFuse programming.
Yes. It is possible to not power the VDDIO0. But it is generally not recommended. But please tell if there is any reason for not connecting the VDDIO0 to the power supply.
