Looking into the CY8C6336BZI-BLF03, but there's a disagreement between the Product Selector Guide and PSoC Creator:

Product Selector Guide shows a "-" for PDM-PCM on the part.

However, PSoC Creator shows one PDM-PCM resource available in the Resource Meter, and it compiles. 

Which one is right?

Hello @userjason 

The  CY8C6336BZI-BLF03 does support PDM-PCM block. This is also mentioned in the datasheet of the device: https://www.cypress.com/file/385921/download

Thanks for pointing out the error in the Product Selector Guide. I will create an internal ticket to get this corrected.
