Hi @paddyliu,
If USB is not used, USB pins can be used as limited-capability GPIOs on I/O port 14.
Please refer to page number 36 in the cy8c62x5 datasheet for more information.
Warm Regards,

Hi Gautami J,
Thanks. In the datasheet, there is less information about Port 14.How can I configure the Port14 as general I/O so that I can detect the input levels or also output high and low levels? Thanks.
Best Regards
Paddy
