Is it possible to program the FW of the CY8C3445AXI-104 on the CY8C3446AXI-105?

Due to the recent supply shortage, it is difficult to obtain 3445 quantitatively. I can get 3446. If it is compatible, I would like to use this instead.

I'm having a timing violation caused by the setup pictured below. I need my bus clock set fast, but for some reason this setup with the shift register is putting a limit of ~20MHz on it... Any idea why or how to remove this limit?  I already tried just slowing the bus clock down, but that breaks the project in other ways.

I t*seems* to work fine but we're about to move into production so I need to be certain this isn't a problem waiting to manifest.

I am trying to activate my HI-TECH C PRO compiler for the PSoC Mixed-Signal Array.  I understand that Microchip bought HI-TECH. The activation methods in the software point to websites that no longer exist, and an email address that is undeliverable.  How do I activate my compiler?

I am making a change to a 2008 design due to a component going end of life.  It's not feasible to change to a new compiler, especially when we already own a copy of the complier.

I am using cy8ckit-050 and for I2C I try to use the bridge control panel but it does not show any port, I checked and my laptop shows the kit on USB but there is no port on the control panel. would you guide me on how to add a port?

I could not find documentation on how ECC is handled.

I understand that one error is corrected by itself. 

What happens when there is more than one error?

the datasheet says "an interrupt can be generated when an error is detected" 

Does the device just stop working?

Does it go to a default interrupt and stay in a while(1) loop?

Would it cause the WDT to be triggered and then the error will be detected again?

I would appreciate it if anyone has more information

I am using PSoC5 LP, and I need PWM to reconstruct an analogue signal from some data.

My question is, how can I increase PWM's frequency and at the same time having a 16-bit resolution ?

I have set BUS_CLOCK to 43MHz as indicated in the datasheet, for the maximum of clock frequency of 16-bit PWM.

As what I have understood, my PWM frequency is now 1/1.524ms = 656Hz ? which according to internet, is not sufficient, I would need it to be at least 20kHz.

I don't actually understand how does PWM function, but as what I have read from the internet, I should set PWM's frequency to the highest frequency possible and at the output of PWM I should have a low-pass filter at 10Hz to get the average value of my duty cycle.

I need a resolution of 16 bits because the value of the signal that I want to reconstruct varies from 0 to 65535.

Anyone has any idea of what I should do ? or is it just not realistic ?
